Flake type chain grate stoker is a new style fire grate. It features easier to maintain and repairing (No need stop boiler to replace broken grate bars), also reduce the leak of coal from the grate stoker surface. Its performance and operation is constant and reliable. More and more plants prefer this type chain grate because of its good structure.

Flake type chain grate stoker has two types:

Small flake type chain fire grate: for 4t/h to 25t/h boiler

Big flake type chain fire grate: 25t/h to 60t/h boiler.

Chian grate range from 0.5t 2T/H  to 35t/h.

The chain grate stoker is a mechanization equipment applied mostly in steam boiler, hot water boiler and thermal oil boiler. It features reasonable structure, reliable performance and convenient installation, etc.

The series products adapt light chain grate stoker and reasonable air distribution device and also strengthen the seal at both sides of chain grate as well as configuration reasonable front and back arch.

It features strong suitability in combustion and reasonable air distribution for combustion and quick fire starting. Operation practice provided that combustion heat value is about 18840 kJ/kg.

Soft coal with more than 20% of volatile amount and mixed coal can be combusted normally. Moreover it can also combust waste industrial materials such as wood block, sugarcane residual, etc
